• Physiotherapist (Male): Male candidates with a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution or university, registration in the State/National Physiotherapy Council/Commission and at least 03 years of hospital or private-practice experience.
• Candidates who know Urdu will receive preference.

Maulana Azad National Urdu University issued its notice on 4 November 2026 for five short-term contractual positions at the Gachibowli Campus, Hyderabad. The vacancies cover Senior Consultant, Junior Consultant, Residential Consultant-Female, Consultant Dentist and Physiotherapist (Male), with one opening in each role. Selection is through a walk-in interview on Tuesday, 17 November 2026.

Check the post-specific requirements

The three medical consultant positions require a recognized MBBS degree and medical registration. Senior Consultant applicants need at least 10 years of post-MBBS experience, while Junior Consultant and Residential Consultant-Female applicants need at least 5 years. Contract conditions to note

The initial contract is for 89 days and may be extended depending on performance and University requirements. Monthly consolidated remuneration ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 across the advertised positions. The selected dentist must arrange a dental chair, dental equipment, non-consumable items and a dental assistant. No TA/DA is payable for attending. MANUU may leave posts unfilled or cancel the interview, and canvassing leads to disqualification.
