Interview Schedule and Preparation

Remuneration and Contract Conditions

Monthly remuneration will be fixed according to the DoE guidelines issued through OM No. F. No. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 9th December, 2020. The fixed amount will remain unchanged during the contract, without an annual increment or percentage increase. Transport allowance will follow the relevant DoE provisions and deployment station; no other allowance or incentive is admissible.

The initial contract is for one year, with possible extensions based on institutional requirements and satisfactory performance until age 65. Either party may end the engagement with at least 15 days' written notice or remuneration in lieu. Leave entitlement is 15 days per calendar year on a pro-rata basis; unused leave cannot be carried forward or encashed. The engagement provides no entitlement to absorption or regularization. Any corrigendum or change will appear only on the Institute's website.
