MANUU Nurse, Pharmacist and Medical Laboratory Technician Recruitment 2026Walk-in

• Nurses: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University/Institute, or 10+2 from a recognized Board with a Diploma in General Nursing & Mid-Wifery from a recognized Institution. Registration with the Indian Nursing Council or an affiliated State Nursing Council and two years of nursing experience in a reputed hospital are required.
• Pharmacist: A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with at least 50% marks from an Institute/University recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, with one year of experience; alternatively, 10+2 in Science from a recognized Board with a Diploma in Pharmacy and three years of experience in a hospital or reputed institution. Registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948 is required.
• Medical Laboratory Technician: 10+2 or equivalent in Science from a recognized Board/University, together with a Diploma in Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. Two years of experience as a Lab Technician in a reputed hospital or clinic, including familiarity with sophisticated laboratory equipment, are required.
• Candidates who know Urdu will receive preference.

MANUU contractual healthcare recruitment

Maulana Azad National Urdu University's Establishment & Recruitment-II Section has issued a notice dated 04.11.2026 for healthcare staff at the Gachibowli Campus in Hyderabad. The recruitment covers 7 positions: 5 Nurses, including 3 female and 2 male vacancies, plus one Pharmacist and one Medical Laboratory Technician. These are short-term contractual engagements, initially lasting 89 days.

Eligibility and employment terms

Nursing applicants need either B.Sc. Nursing or the specified 10+2 and GNM route, nursing council registration and two years of hospital nursing experience. Pharmacist applicants can qualify through a Pharmacy bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and one year of experience, or through 10+2 Science and a Pharmacy diploma with three years of relevant experience. Pharmacist registration under the Pharmacy Act 1948 is compulsory. Laboratory Technician applicants need 10+2 Science or equivalent, a laboratory technology diploma or equivalent, and two years of relevant experience with familiarity in sophisticated laboratory equipment.

The preferred age is below 32 years, and knowledge of Urdu is an advantage. Monthly consolidated remuneration ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000. Any extension beyond the initial term depends on performance and University requirements.
