Project appointment at AIIMS Rajkot

AIIMS Rajkot's Department of Microbiology has issued reference number AIIMS/RAJKOT/NOHP-PCZ/2026/168 for one Laboratory Technician vacancy. The appointment supports the National One Health Programme for Prevention and Control of Zoonoses, an extramural research project numbered EM/23/2025 and funded by the National Center for Disease Control, New Delhi.

This is a temporary project position rather than a regular AIIMS appointment. The initial tenure is 11 months, and any extension depends on performance, continuation of the scheme and the budget grant. Consolidated monthly pay is Rs 30000. HRA is payable only if permitted by the funding agency's guidelines, at the applicable Rajkot Class 'Y' rate.
