HLL Accounts Recruitment Overview
HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is holding a walk-in selection for Accounts Assistant and Accounts Officer positions. The appointments are on a Fixed Term Contract basis through its Retail Business Division for Kolkata operations. The notice does not provide vacancy totals or salary details.
Eligibility Before Attending
Only Indian nationals meeting the prescribed conditions may participate. Accounts Assistant applicants need a B.Com and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts and Finance functions in a reputed establishment. Accounts Officer applicants need M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA (Inter) or CMA (Inter), together with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
The maximum age is 37 years as on 01.10.2026. This date also applies when assessing qualifications and post-qualification experience. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates follows Government of India directives.
Walk-in Date and Documents
Candidates must report on 27.10.2026 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM at National English School, V.I.P. Road, Baguiati, Kolkata – 700059.
- Check the requirements for the intended post before attending.
- Bring original age and qualification certificates, marksheets and self-attested copies.
- Carry experience certificates and the latest salary certificate showing its break-up.
- Bring Aadhaar, PAN and recent passport-size photographs.
- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must produce the original community certificate issued by the concerned Revenue Authorities.
Failure to produce the required originals leads to disqualification from the selection test.
Written Test and Appointment Conditions
Only candidates with the required qualifications and experience will be admitted to the written test. It consists of multiple-choice questions, lasts 30 minutes and carries a maximum of 50 marks. Wrong answers attract no negative marking, and the minimum qualifying requirement is 25% of the total marks.
HLL may modify, restrict or cancel the selection, change vacancy numbers, or leave posts unfilled. The final posting location may also change according to business requirements. Canvassing leads to disqualification.
