DPA Deputy Estate Manager and Senior Assistant Estate Manager Recruitment 2026

• Only officers of Major Port Authorities holding an analogous or eligible feeder post in the Estate discipline may apply.

Eligibility and pay

The respective pay ranges are Rs. 60000-180000 and Rs. 50000-160000. The crucial date for eligibility is 1 November 2026. The age limit for direct recruits does not apply to absorption or deputation.

Submitting the application

Complete the prescribed bio-data in Annexure III, attach a recent passport-size photograph and obtain the signed and sealed Head of Office certificate. Enclose attested APARs for the last five years, educational and experience certificates, the Port's NOC, the undertaking and vigilance or administrative clearance. The vigilance report must be in Annexure IV format.

The employing Port should forward the application to the General Administration Department at DPA, Gandhidham. It must arrive by 7 December 2026. Applications received late, without APARs, through an improper channel or otherwise incomplete are not eligible for consideration. The Head of Office certificate also refers to ACRs for 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2026 and certification concerning integrity, vigilance and penalties.
