Before joining, the selected candidate must execute a security bond on ₹200 non-judicial stamp paper. NMPA will retain ₹7,000 per month from salary, up to ₹70,000, refundable without interest after contract completion. The appointment does not create a right to permanent absorption. Either side may end the engagement with one month’s notice, while misconduct can lead to termination without notice.
