Eligibility and appointment terms

The initial appointment is for one year. Annual extensions depend on performance and the incubator's needs. Monthly consolidated remuneration is capped at ₹1,50,000, with the actual amount based on the selected applicant's qualifications and experience. Applicable income tax will be deducted at source.

Role and selection considerations

The CEO will lead incubation operations, strategic planning, startup mentoring, partnerships, fundraising support and administrative management. Responsibilities also include promoting technology commercialisation and preparing reports and proposals for stakeholders.

Shortlisting gives preference to experience handling incubatees, organising programmes, and drafting proposals and reports. Shortlisted applicants will attend an interview/presentation without TA/DA. Fulfilling the minimum criteria does not guarantee shortlisting, and the incubator may limit interview invitations.
