More Information
About the recruitment
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a circular dated 30 October 2026 for two Research Associate appointments. Both are full-time contractual assignments in the Centre for Excellence in CSR & Corporate Citizenship. Applications close on 6 November 2026, with a separate online form provided for each position.
Roles and eligibility
The two appointments share the same qualification and skill requirements. Indian citizens with a relevant postgraduate degree and exposure to CSR, sustainability or related fields may apply, subject to the other conditions. Research or data-analysis experience of one to three years is an advantage, not a stated compulsory requirement. Candidates must be comfortable with Excel, research writing, teamwork and travel to field locations across India.
The work includes literature reviews, surveys, interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and contributions to reports and presentations. Associates will also support records, office coordination, project finances, learning-management activities and Centre logistics.
Pay and contract terms
The IICA role pays Rs. 40,000 per month and the WNS Project role pays Rs. 60,000 per month on a consolidated basis. Although the circular's first-page table contains a pay-printing discrepancy for the IICA role, Annexure-I specifies Rs. 40,000. Additional allowances and medical facilities listed in the notice are not admissible.
The initial engagement is for one year and may be extended or curtailed according to performance and institutional requirements. The WNS appointment remains linked to the project's duration. Selected applicants must sign a contract and join immediately. The notice also restricts applications for other positions while the contract remains valid or before two years from joining, whichever is later.
Application and selection steps
- Check age, qualifications and experience against the closing date of 6 November 2026.
- Choose the correct application form and provide complete qualification and employment details.
- Attach self-attested certificates and marksheets, age proof and certificates covering all experience claimed. Include qualification-equivalence authority details where applicable.
- Submit before the deadline; incomplete eligibility claims and late applications will not be accepted.
IICA will screen applications and shortlist candidates for a presentation and/or interview at Manesar or online. Only shortlisted candidates will receive further communication, and the schedule will be announced separately.
