How to write and submit it

  • Answer every question in both sections, keeping Section A answers within 300 words each and each Section B note within 100–150 words.
  • Handwrite your responses in your own words; typed or printed answers are not allowed. Copying from course materials earns zero for the affected question, while copying another student's responses can lead to rejection.
  • Use A4 ruled paper that is not very thin, leave a 4 cm left margin and at least four lines between answers, and fasten the pages securely.
  • Put your enrolment number, name, full address, signature and date at the top right of the first page; put the programme title, course code and title, assignment code and study centre name at the top left.
  • Use separate sheets for each course assignment, label answers with their question numbers and finish one section before starting the next.
  • Submit to the Coordinator or Programme Incharge of your allotted Study Centre or Programme Study Centre, not to the Student Evaluation Division at headquarters.
  • Obtain and retain a submission receipt, and keep a photocopy of your assignment.
  • If you have requested a study centre change, continue submitting to the original centre until the University notifies you of the change.

Submission dates: 31 March 2027 (June 2027 term-end examination); 30 September 2026 (December 2026 term-end examination)
