Recruitment and workplace

ICSI has announced 08 contractual Assistant Young Professional positions for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' Central Facility Centres. The workplace is the IICA campus at IMT Manesar, near Gurugram, Haryana. The engagement covers CRC, C-PACE, CSC and CPC offices and does not create a right to employment with the Government of India or ICSI.

Eligibility and work responsibilities

Applicants must have cleared the ICSI Executive level Examination and be no older than 32 years on 01.11.2026. This date also governs qualification and experience eligibility. Candidates with up to one year of post-qualification experience will be considered, but CS curriculum training is excluded from that calculation. Good moral character and the absence of criminal antecedents or an FIR are also required.

The work involves examining and processing e-forms under the Companies Act 2013 and LLP Act 2008, along with the applicable rules. Professionals must meet assigned processing targets, and output above the benchmark carries significant weight in performance assessments.

Selection, pay and contract terms

Monthly consolidated pay progresses from Rs. 40000 to Rs. 42500 and Rs. 45000 across three years. The initial contract lasts one year, with possible annual extensions for two further years or until age 35, whichever is earlier. Work is Monday to Saturday, 48 hours weekly, with annual performance reviews. Sunday or holiday attendance may attract Rs. 2500 per day when required by the respective ROC.
