BEL Ghaziabad Finance Training Opportunity

Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna defence public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has issued advertisement 12930/64/HRD/GAD/01 for 11 Management Industrial Trainees in Finance. This is a walk-in engagement at its Ghaziabad unit, with the notification dated 29 October 2026.

Who Can Attend

The opportunity is restricted to Indian nationals who have passed ICWA Inter or CA Inter. Candidates must possess the relevant pass certificate from the competent authority. Those who have acquired or are pursuing higher qualifications are excluded. The general upper age limit is 25 years as on 29.10.2026, with the stated relaxations for SC/ST, OBC and persons with disabilities.

Interview Schedule and Preparation

The walk-in interview will take place on 18 November 2026. Reporting starts at 09:00 AM, and entry closes strictly at 09:30 AM. The venue is the Human Resource Development Department, BEL, Site-IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201010, in front of Vaishali Metro Station.

• Prepare the Annexure-1 application form with a recent passport-size colour photograph affixed and your signature.
• Bring original certificates for verification and one set of photocopies.
• Include the listed educational records, ICWA Inter or CA Inter pass certificate and Aadhaar card.
• Carry applicable category certificates and a No Objection Certificate if employed by the government or a PSU.

Selection will depend on interview performance. BEL will communicate selection by email and subsequently publish the selected candidates’ list on its website.

Training Terms and Facilities

The initial training period is one year. Performance-based extensions can take the total tenure to a maximum of three years. Monthly stipends are Rs. 25,000, Rs. 27,000 and Rs. 30,000 for the first, second and third years respectively.

Canteen use is chargeable. BEL will not provide transport or hostel accommodation, and candidates will not receive TA/DA for attending selection. False information, concealment of facts or canvassing can result in disqualification.
