RGNIYD Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for 11 Training Associate, Junior Assistant and Other PostsWalk-in Announced

• Applicants must be Indian citizens and meet the qualification, experience and age requirements for their chosen post.
• Training Associate: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with at least 55% marks and a minimum of 2 years of training or teaching experience in reputed institutions or organisations. Specialisation in Youth Development receives preference.
• Junior Assistant: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, institute or college with at least 55% marks, plus at least 1 year of experience in administration, academic or examination sections of Central Government educational institutions or Central Universities. Hands-on e-Office experience, MS Word and Excel proficiency, and working knowledge of Central Government rules, CCS/CCA, UGC norms and related procedures are required.
• Part Time Medical Officer (Female): MBBS, DGO recognised by the Medical Council of India, with at least 02 years of experience after the required qualification. MD/MS is desirable.
• Consultant (Finance and Administration): At least a graduate in any discipline, retired from the specified government institutions, universities or departments at minimum Pay Level 10 / 09 / 08 (Grade Pay 5400 / 4800 under the 6th CPC), with experience in general administration, finance and accounts, legal matters, establishment or related work. Computer working knowledge is desirable.

• For Sriperumbudur Training Associate or Female Medical Officer, attend the headquarters venue on 27 November 2026.
• Report between 08.30 AM and 09.30 AM for registration and verification; interviews begin at 10.30 AM.

About the engagement

RGNIYD, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has issued advertisement RGNIYD/ADMIN/ESST/SEP -2026/002 dated 24 October 2026. It covers 11 temporary contractual positions at Sriperumbudur and the Chandigarh Regional Centre. Only eligible Indian nationals may participate.

Choose the correct interview schedule

The Chandigarh session on 17 November 2026 covers Training Associate and Consultant posts. At Sriperumbudur, Junior Assistant candidates must attend on 26 November 2026; Training Associate and Female Medical Officer candidates must attend on 27 November 2026. Registration and certificate verification run from 08.30 AM to 09.30 AM, followed by interviews from 10.30 AM. Registration may close after the stated window.

Check eligibility carefully

Training Associates require a Social Sciences postgraduate degree with 55% marks and two years of relevant experience. Junior Assistants need a bachelor's degree with 55% marks, specified institutional experience and administrative computer skills. The medical post requires the stated medical qualifications and post-qualification experience, while the Consultant position is intended for eligible retired personnel with relevant administrative or financial experience.

The notice uses different age-reference dates across posts, including 23rd March 2023 for the Medical Officer and 12th August 2025 for the Consultant. Candidates should check these post-specific provisions in the official notification rather than apply one common reference date.

Prepare for verification

Contract conditions

Extension depends on performance and institutional requirements; no permanent-employment entitlement arises.
