• Seven years of regular service in Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600, pre-revised, corresponding to Level 7.
• Eight years of regular service in Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200, pre-revised, corresponding to Level 6.

• Open the official notification and obtain the prescribed application form in Annexure-I and the cadre-controlling authority approval proforma in Annexure-II.
• Complete the application and arrange the NOC or forwarding letter and parent-cadre-attested ACRs/APARs for the last five years.

The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued recruitment reference E-10VI/1/2020-E-Part (2) for one Principal Private Secretary post. The commission is a statutory body under the Electricity Act, 2003, serving Goa and Union Territories, with its headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana. This appointment is on deputation rather than direct recruitment.

Who the notice covers

The vacancy is intended for eligible officers from Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings and Autonomous Bodies. Applicants need Secretariat Staff experience, computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office. Eligibility can be established through an analogous regular post or the specified service periods at Levels 9, 8, 7 or 6. Selection and appointment conditions

Shortlisted eligible officers may be called for interaction and/or a written test. Interview attendance does not qualify for TA/DA. The initial tenure is three years, with extensions considered in consultation with the Central Government and subject to satisfactory annual appraisals. Selected officers cannot subsequently withdraw their candidature. JERC may leave the vacancy unfilled or cancel or amend the recruitment process at any stage.
