Principal appointment at RDCFA

Kalakshetra Foundation, an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Culture and an Institution of National Importance, is recruiting one Group A Principal for Rukmini Devi College of Fine Arts. The appointment is offered on deputation or short-term contract. Contract extensions may be granted year by year, depending on satisfactory performance. The notified remuneration is Pay Level 25, Rs.59300–187700, under the VIIth Pay Commission Tamil Nadu State pay matrix.

Responsibilities and assessment

The Principal will oversee academic and administrative work under the Director, coordinate the college's departments, monitor attendance and examinations, and support academic planning.
