Work, remuneration and tenure

The position is based at IIM Kozhikode, Kerala, and involves converting faculty recordings into finished digital-learning modules. Responsibilities include editing, motion graphics, storyboards, captions, audio cleanup, review management and archiving production assets. The work also covers preparing content for platforms such as Open edX, Coursera and SWAYAM.

The initial engagement is for six months on contract. Consolidated monthly remuneration ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000; the selection committee determines the amount according to experience and competence. Any extension depends on performance and administrative requirements.
