About the MCO-01 assignment
The MCO-01 assignment covers all course blocks, including organisational processes, effectiveness, behavioural perspectives and change. It also examines motivation, learning, leadership, job redesign, group cohesiveness and organisational theory.
There are seven compulsory questions worth 100 marks. Questions 1–4 carry 10 marks each. Questions 5–7 each contain four parts worth 5 marks apiece, covering brief comments, comparisons and short notes. The assignment contributes 30% to the final assessment.
