About the recruitment

Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani has announced a walk-in interview under advertisement GZE/905/2026, dated 05/11/2026. The notice covers one Junior Research Fellow and one Laboratory Assistant / Technical Assistant. Both positions are temporary and purely contractual.

The posts are for the project to establish an Advanced Pesticide Testing and Residue Analysis Laboratory to encourage natural farming and organic production under PM-RKVY. The place of work is the Department of Entomology, VNMKV, Parbhani.

Eligibility and pay

For the Junior Research Fellow post, applicants need a Ph.D. or M.Sc. (Agri.) in Entomology, or a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences in one of the specified chemistry subjects. One year of experience is desirable. The consolidated pay is Rs. 27,000 per month in the first year and Rs. 31,000 per month in the second year; the latter is subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of service.

The Laboratory Assistant / Technical Assistant post requires B.Sc. (Agri) with MS-CIT. One year of laboratory experience at a recognised institute and knowledge of laboratory instrument handling are desirable. The consolidated pay is Rs. 14,000 per month. The notice does not specify an age limit or application fee.
