Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University, under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has advertised one unreserved Designer-cum-Content Developer position through advertisement RGNAU/5290/06/ADMIN/672, dated October 23, 2026. The position is based at Fursatganj, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, and is contractual rather than a permanent appointment.
Eligibility and work profile
The degree requirement covers the listed design, communication, fine arts and multimedia disciplines, as well as a bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised institution. Applicants also need design-tool proficiency, strong English writing skills and a minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience. The maximum age is 35 years, with age, qualifications and experience assessed on 6th December 2026.
The role combines visual design with academic and professional content development. Expected abilities include layout, typography, digital publishing, website and social media content management, and responsible use of AI-assisted tools. Pay and contract conditions
Monthly consolidated remuneration ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 according to experience. The initial engagement is for one year, with annual renewals possible up to a maximum of three years based on performance and requirements. The appointment carries no right to permanent absorption or university seniority. Benefits such as DA, HRA, PF, pension and gratuity are not admissible. Campus accommodation may be offered subject to availability and payment of the prescribed charges.
