About This Update
NLC India Limited (NLCIL), Neyveli, has published a short notice for Graduate Executive Trainee recruitment under Advt. No. 10/2026. The short notification came out on 24 September 2026, and a corrigendum was released on 11 October 2026. The full notification and the online application link have not been released yet, so the application dates, fee and age limit are still awaited.
Vacancy Highlights
- Mechanical: 66 posts, the largest share, mostly in the Thermal Power Station area (40).
- Electrical: 44 posts spread over all four areas.
- Civil: 23 posts, including 7 in Renewable Energy Planning & Projects.
- Mining: 10 posts, all in Mines & Allied Services.
The posts are spread over four work areas as revised by the corrigendum: Thermal Power Station (80), Mines & Allied Services (37), Renewable Energy, Planning & Projects (18) and Services & Support (8).
Who Can Apply
Engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Mining can apply for their discipline. All applicants need a valid GATE 2025 score. The corrigendum lists seats only in these four disciplines; minimum marks and other conditions will be given in the detailed advertisement.
Selection Process
No written exam is listed. Candidates are shortlisted on their GATE 2025 scores and called for a personal interview, followed by a medical examination and document verification. A strong GATE score is therefore the main factor in getting shortlisted.
