Eligibility / Qualification
- All posts: Applicants must be Indian citizens and know the Mizo language up to Middle School Standard.
- Project Coordinator: A recognised postgraduate degree with at least 55% in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Clinical Psychology, Psychology, Human Right, Education, or Human Development & Family Studies; computer proficiency through CCC/DCA 1st Semester is required.
- Case Worker (Child Care Institution): A recognised postgraduate degree with at least 55% in the subjects listed for Project Coordinator, along with CCC/DCA 1st Semester computer proficiency.
- Special Educator/Therapist: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology/Rehabilitation Psychology, a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy/Physio Therapy/Speech Therapy, or a Diploma in Special Education (IDD/MD/VI/HI) or higher. A valid RCI CRR number is required for each route, together with CCC/DCA 1st Semester computer proficiency.
- Data Analyst: A recognised bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics with at least 55% and an 'O' Level computer qualification, or a Bachelor in Computer Application.
- Storekeeper cum Accountant: A recognised degree in Commerce/Mathematics with at least 55%, command of Tally and CCC/DCA 1st Semester computer proficiency.
- Case Worker (Child Helpline Unit): A recognised bachelor's degree with at least 55% in the subjects listed for Project Coordinator, plus CCC/DCA 1st Semester computer proficiency.
- House Mother and House Father: Class XII from a recognised board with at least 55%. Candidates must be able to stay at the Child Care Institution on a 24x7 basis.
- Nurse: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), with CCC/DCA 1st Semester computer proficiency. These vacancies are for female candidates only.
- Paramedical Staff: GNM or Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM), with CCC/DCA 1st Semester computer proficiency.
- Educator and Art & Craft cum Music Teacher: Class XII from a recognised board; specified Aizawl vacancies are for female candidates.
- Cook, Helper cum Night Watchman and Housekeeper: At least Class VIII passed; certain district vacancies are designated for female candidates.
