About The Scheme
The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana is the Haryana Government's monthly financial-assistance scheme for women, run by the Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of SCs and BCs and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department. It first came into operation on 25 September 2025. A fresh notification dated 8 January 2026, issued in supersession of the September 2025 one, took effect from 1 January 2026 and changed how the money is paid and who can apply.
How The ₹2,100 Is Paid
Every eligible woman is entitled to ₹2,100 a month through Direct Benefit Transfer, and she needs an active bank account in her own name. In the first month a new beneficiary receives the full ₹2,100 in her savings account. From the second month, ₹1,100 is credited to her account and ₹1,000 goes into a government-operated recurring or fixed deposit, which is paid back with interest on maturity; the tenure will not exceed five years. A woman who opts for ₹1,500 or less still gets ₹1,000 in the deposit and ₹500 in her savings account.
Who Is Eligible
- Age 23 years or above, with 15 years or more of residence in Haryana (self or husband).
- Main category: verified family income up to ₹1.00 lakh a year and endorsement as poorest of the poor by the Gram Sabha or Ward Committee.
- Additional category (income up to ₹1.80 lakh): mothers whose government-school children scored above 80% in Class 10 or 12, reached NIPUN Bharat grade-level competency in Grades 1-4, or were brought out of acute malnutrition. Mothers of more than three children are excluded from this category.

- Grievances can be raised in the app and go to the District Social Welfare Officer, who must resolve them within 7 working days.
