Recruitment and contract terms

Goa Tourism Development Corporation Limited has announced three Technical Assistant (Civil) vacancies under Advertisement No. PC/SPV (GTDC)/Admin/103/2025-26/1368, dated 27 October 2026. The posts are based in Panaji and are purely contractual. The initial appointment period is three years, with further extensions depending on workload.

The advertised pay scale is PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 +GP Rs.4200. Monthly contractual pay will be fixed under paragraph 4 of Government of Goa Department of Personnel Office Memorandum No. 10/1/77-PER dated 24/06/2015.

Who meets the stated requirements

Applicants must hold a Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification and have five years of practical experience in Civil Engineering works. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Konkani is compulsory, while Marathi is desirable. A valid Mamlatdar-issued certificate showing 15 years of residence in Goa is also required unless the candidate falls within the specified exempted categories.

The maximum age is 45 years on 17 November 2026. Project Cell employees may receive relaxation of up to five years. The closing date is also the crucial date for determining eligibility.

Preparing and submitting the application

• Obtain the prescribed form and complete all required particulars.
• Enclose self-attested copies of educational certificates and marksheets, other qualification certificates, experience proof and the birth certificate.
• Include the Goa residence certificate or documentary evidence supporting an applicable exemption.
• Deliver the application to Project Cell, Special Purpose Vehicle (GTDC Ltd), 4th Floor, Paryatan Bhavan, Patto Panaji-Goa, in person or by post.

Applications must reach the office by 5:00 pm on 17 November 2026. An acknowledgement slip should be obtained on submission. Incomplete applications and those received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Selection stage

GTDC will shortlist eligible applicants for an oral interview and issue call letters to those called. The notification does not specify an application fee.
