Eligibility / Qualification
- Meritorious sportspersons in the 65 disciplines listed in Para A IV of DoPT Office Memorandum dated 04/03/2024.
- Must have represented a State or the country in a National or International competition, or won a medal in the Junior National Championships, Khelo India Youth Games (above-18 age category), Khelo India University Games or School Games Federation of India events; Khelo India Winter Games and Khelo India Para Games also count.
- Or represented their university in Inter-University Tournaments, or their State school team in the National School Games of the All India School Games Federation.
- Chess: GM or IM title (open category), Chess Olympiad, National Open Chess Championship, or a medal in the National Team Chess Championship.
