There are 5 Senior Resident / Junior Resident vacancies in the Department of Anaesthesiology. The positions are tenured for a fixed period of up to one year and may be extended depending on the centre's needs.

Who Can Apply

• Senior Resident: M.D. or D.N.B. in Anaesthesiology (or an NMC-recognised equivalent). The level, SR I, II or III, depends on whether you have no, 1 or 2 years of experience.
• Junior Resident: Diploma in Anaesthesiology.
• Maximum age 45 years as on 6 November 2026, with 5 years extra for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PwD candidates.
• Candidates whose final results are pending can apply if they can show proof of passing at the MCQ test or interview.

Pay And Deposit

Senior Residents earn ₹1,33,623 (SR I), ₹1,36,269 (SR II) or ₹1,40,238 (SR III) a month, and Junior Resident III earns ₹1,17,747. Selected candidates must also pay a security or caution deposit equal to one month's remuneration for their level.
