• Statistical Analyst: Two years of experience in data analysis, report analysis, coordination and drawing findings.

Recruitment and contract terms

Shri Govind Guru University, Vinzol-Godhra, has issued advertisement SGGU/2120/2026 dated 29.10.2026 for two positions at its Ph.D. Facilitator Centre. There is one vacancy each for Research Advisor-Facilitator and Statistical Analyst. Both appointments are temporary, lasting 11 months on an ad hoc contract. Monthly remuneration is fixed at Rs. 40,000 for the advisor-facilitator and Rs. 25,000 for the analyst, without a pay scale. Appointment does not create a claim to regular absorption.

Who can attend

Applicants need a postgraduate qualification with 55% marks in the relevant discipline. The advisor-facilitator position additionally requires three years of relevant higher-education experience, research and publication knowledge, basic computer knowledge, adequate Gujarati and Hindi, and general English knowledge. The analyst position accepts Statistics, Mathematics or a related postgraduate discipline and requires two years of experience in the specified analytical activities.

The advisor-facilitator's work includes research proposals, research reports and data analysis. The analyst's responsibilities include data entry, analysis and preparation of reports, including executive and research reports.

Documents and conditions

A government photo ID is compulsory for entry to the interview.
