The listed enclosures also include an affidavit, a copy of the PPO and copies of ACRs for the preceding three years.

Selection and engagement

The Authority will scrutinize applications and invite shortlisted candidates for an interview, counselling or interaction. It may obtain and consider ACRs or APARs for the last three years. Names forwarded by the Law Department are also invited for the interview, counselling or interaction. The Authority's decision on eligibility, shortlisting and selection is final.

Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents, a PPO copy and the eligibility affidavit to the interview. Pay is fixed on a pay-minus-pension basis: the last pay drawn is considered for fixation and the entire pension is deducted. Engagement continues until the selected candidate turns 65 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
