How Selection Works
- The CBT carries 100 marks and lasts 1 hour 30 minutes; the qualifying mark is 50 for UR, OBC (NCL) and EWS posts and 40 for SC, ST and PwBD posts.
- For CH-01, ME-02, PE-03 and AC-04, candidates are called for interview in a 1:5 ratio, and the final score is 85% of the CBT mark plus the interview mark out of 15.
- For Hindi Officer and Confidential Secretary, a qualifying proficiency / skill test (1:2 ratio) follows, and merit is based on the CBT alone.
- Selected candidates must clear a pre-employment medical examination and serve one year of probation.
Points To Remember
- Fee is ₹500 plus taxes for General and OBC (NCL); nil for SC, ST, PwBD, EWS and Ex-Servicemen.
- The age limits in the table already include category relaxation; Ex-Servicemen get 5 more years.
- Experience letters must be backed by documents such as pay slips or PF statements, as listed in the advertisement.
