More Information

Final schedules for the 2026-27 academic year

Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board has issued separate final timetables for the two 2nd PUC examination sessions. Released on 29 October 2026, the schedules cover Class 12 Science, Commerce and Arts subjects, along with language and vocational papers. These are the final schedules, replacing the tentative timetable published earlier in October.

Examination dates and the important revision

Exam 1 will be held from 27 February to 18 March 2027. It opens with Kannada and Arabic and closes with History. The closing date is important because the tentative timetable had placed the end of the session on 17 March 2027. Students preparing from the earlier version should therefore check their dates again.

Exam 2 runs from 3 to 15 May 2027. It is an additional examination opportunity for eligible students under the board's rules; the release of both schedules does not mean every student must attend both sessions. No paper is listed for Sunday, 9 May 2027.

Check the duration of each paper

The usual theory-paper session is 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, giving students three hours. However, specified vocational papers in Exam 1 on 11 March 2027 have a shorter session, from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM. The timing printed against the relevant subject in the final PDF should be checked rather than treating every paper as a three-hour examination.

How to use the final PDFs

  • Open the official timetable link for the examination session you need.
  • Find each of your subjects and verify its subject code, date and timing.
  • Save the relevant PDF so that the final schedule remains available for reference.
  • Check the two sessions separately because their subject order and dates differ.

The Exam 1 timetable also marks holidays on 28 February, 6 March, 7 March, 10 March and 14 March 2027. Students should use the final subject-wise schedule when organising their preparation.
