About This Update
Indian Oil Corporation Limited has declared the computer based test result for its Executives recruitment under Advertisement No. IOCL/CO-HR/RECTT/2026/01. The result and score card went live on 16 October 2026, a little over three weeks after the CBT held on 24 September 2026. Applications for the 470 posts were taken online from 14 August to 3 September 2026.
Posts In This Recruitment
- Graduate Engineer: 360 posts across Civil (62), Chemical (16), Electrical (75), Electronics & Communication (32), Mechanical (118), Instrumentation (35) and Computer Science and IT (22).
- Officer (Marketing): 41 posts.
- Officer (Law): 10 posts.
- Assistant Quality Control Officer (Chemistry): 9 posts.
- Diploma Engineer: 50 posts in Electrical (14), Mechanical (21) and Safety (15).
Pay On Offer
Graduate Engineers and Officers in Marketing and Law are placed in the ₹50,000-1,60,000 scale with a starting basic of ₹50,000. Assistant Quality Control Officers get the ₹40,000-1,40,000 scale (basic ₹40,000), and Diploma Engineers the ₹30,000-1,20,000 scale (basic ₹30,000).
What To Do Now
- Log in through the result link with your registration details and download your score card.
- Note whether you have been shortlisted for the next round and save a copy of the page.
- Prepare for the group discussion and group task and the personal interview, which follow the CBT.
- Keep your degree or diploma certificates, mark sheets, category certificate and, for Officer (Law) and AQCO, experience certificates ready for document verification.
Points To Remember
- Final selection depends on all stages: CBT, group discussion and group task, personal interview, medical examination and document verification.
- Graduate and Diploma Engineers need 65% marks, and Officer (Marketing), Officer (Law) and AQCO need 60% marks in the qualifying degree (55% for SC / ST / PwBD), so make sure your mark sheets show this.
