Five research positions under SAKSHAM

IIT Indore and Samrat Vikramaditya Vishwavidyalaya, Ujjain, are recruiting five Junior Research Fellows under SAKSHAM, an ANRF PAIR-supported project. Its full title is Scientific Advancements in Knowledge for Sustainability, Healthcare, and Materials. IIT Indore serves as the hub institution and the Ujjain university as the spoke institution. One fellow will be appointed for each project.

Revised deadline and interview

The application deadline has been extended to 10 November 2026. The revised interview is scheduled for 12 November 2026 from 11 AM onwards. Selection will involve shortlisting followed by an interview. The University website or email will be used to communicate the interview schedule, and candidates will not receive TA/DA for attending.

Who can apply

The positions require post-graduation in Basic Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy or Technology, together with CSIR/UGC-NET/SET or GATE/GPAT qualification. GEN applicants need 60% aggregate marks, while SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PH applicants need 55%. The notice also specifies prior experience in basic techniques relevant to the research themes. The project will operate through IIT Indore in collaboration with the Ujjain university, and the workplace may change according to project requirements.
