About the MPCE-033 assignment
The MPCE-033 assignment covers organisational development, organisational learning, change models, employee participation, job design and teamwork. It also examines development interventions and concepts such as action research, quality management, mentoring and coaching.
The course-specific tutor-marked assignment has 18 compulsory questions across three sections, carrying 100 marks.
