About the MDV-110 assignment
The MDV-110 assignment covers training concepts, training needs assessment, project proposals and links with human resource development. It also examines training evaluation models, the systems approach, and developments such as e-Training, Action Research and Total Quality Management.
There is one assignment containing five compulsory questions worth 20 marks each, for a total of 100 marks. Each answer should be around 600–800 words. The assignment must be handwritten and submitted to the learner’s Study Centre or Regional Centre.
