About the BPCC-103 assignment
The BPCC-103 assignment covers personality, creativity, intelligence, aptitude, motivation and consciousness. It includes psychological assessment methods and ethics, personality theories, emotional intelligence and the influences on intelligence. The tutor-marked assignment is for the course’s theory component; practical work has separate guidelines in the course material.
There are 11 compulsory questions worth 100 marks. Assignment One has three descriptive questions worth 20 marks each, with answers of about 500 words each. Assignment Two has eight short questions worth 5 marks each, with answers of about 100 words each.

How to write and submit it
- Answer every question in your own words and handwriting; typed or printed answers are not allowed. Copying from study material or other learners earns zero marks for the affected question.
- Keep descriptive answers to about 500 words each and short answers to about 100 words each.
- Read the Programme Guide instructions and relevant course units before writing; organise descriptive answers logically with an introduction and conclusion.
- Use A4 ruled paper, leave a 4 cm left margin and space between answers, and tie the pages securely.
- Write neatly with suitable spacing and underline points you want to emphasise.
- Attach a copy of the assignment questions to your completed answers.
- Submit within the deadline only to the Coordinator of your allotted Study Centre. If a centre change is pending, use your original centre until IGNOU officially confirms the change.
- Obtain and retain a submission receipt from the Study Centre, and keep a photocopy of your assignment.
