HCI Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for 7 Manager, Chef and Engineering Posts

• Applicants must be Indian citizens and meet the qualifications and experience requirements for their chosen post.
• Manager (Purchase): A recognised degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or another relevant discipline, with at least 6 years of experience in a Government/PSU/reputed organisation, including at least 5 years in Contract/Purchase/Stores/Procurement. Practical GeM tendering experience and the ability to handle GeM tenders independently are required, alongside experience in procurement, purchase requisitions, vendor management, comparative statements, negotiation and purchase orders.
• Junior Sous Chef: Graduation with Food Production certification and at least 4 years of experience in hospitality, flight kitchens, institutional catering or cloud kitchens; alternatively, 10+2 with culinary arts certification and at least 5 years in the food production department of a major hotel chain or reputed hotel. Knowledge of Continental cuisine, Curry and Tandoor is required.
• Commis-I (Indian): Diploma or graduation with Food Production certification and at least 2 years of relevant hospitality, flight kitchen, institutional catering or cloud kitchen experience; alternatively, 10+2 with culinary arts certification and at least 5 years in food production at a major hotel chain or reputed hotel. Knowledge of Continental cuisine and Indian Curry is required.
• Commis-I (Bakery & Confectionery): Diploma or graduation with Bakery & Confectionery certification and at least 2 years of relevant hospitality, flight kitchen, institutional catering or cloud kitchen experience; alternatively, 10+2 with culinary arts certification and at least 5 years in the Baker & Confectioner Department of a major hotel chain or reputed hotel.
• Associate-Engineering: Three years Diploma / ITI in AC & Refrigeration, Electrician or Plumber, with technical or vocational schooling and at least 2–3 years of experience in a reputed hotel, restaurant or facility management company. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS product suites are required.
• Desirable for Manager (Purchase): A postgraduate qualification or diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field, and experience in hotels, F&B outlets or flight catering.
• Desirable for Junior Sous Chef: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or Food Production, plus basic computer skills including MS Office.
