About the MMPN-003 assignment
The MMPN-003 assignment covers residential building planning, building classification, foundations, sanitation, construction materials and ventilation. It also includes office-space planning, building estimates, land acquisition, construction costing and financial and legal terminology.
There are 10 compulsory questions, all carrying equal marks, for a total of 100 marks. Several questions contain subparts, while others require a dimensioned plan, estimates or a cost calculation. Answers must be in students’ own words and supported generously with diagrams. The assignment carries 30% weightage.
