The MCS-024 assignment covers object-oriented programming and Java, including core OOP principles, inheritance, interfaces and multithreading. It asks students to explain concepts with examples and demonstrate thread creation through Java programming.
There are three compulsory questions worth 80 marks in total, with another 20 marks allocated to viva-voce. The questions carry 30, 30 and 20 marks respectively. The assignment asks for suitable program comments and a diagram of the thread life cycle.
