About the call letter update
The Central Selection Board, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar, Assam, has made the admit cum call letter available for candidates in the Forester-I and Forest Guard recruitment. The release date is 16 October 2026. This recruitment covers 157 positions in the Forest Department under BTC, with 110 vacancies for Forest Guard and 47 for Forester-I.
Latest release and earlier physical tests
Candidates should distinguish the October release from the earlier physical-test call letter issued on 21 June 2026. Under that earlier schedule, Forester-I physical tests were listed for 6 July 2026 to 11 July 2026, while Forest Guard physical tests were listed for 13 July 2026 to 24 July 2026. These July dates relate to the earlier call letter; candidates should check the newly downloaded document for their reporting details.
The application period for this recruitment ran from 23 February 2026 to 15 March 2026. The current update concerns downloading the call letter rather than submitting a fresh application.

Checks and documents for reporting
Review the name, roll number, applied post, photograph and other personal information printed on the letter. Read the test date, reporting details and centre address carefully so that you attend the allotted location at the stated time.
Take the printed admit cum call letter and an original valid photo ID to the centre. Follow all instructions included in the downloaded letter and retain the document until the recruitment process has finished.
