Short Information
BPSC has explained how applicants can seek a refund when an online application payment has to be made again despite an earlier payment. Affected candidates should email the customer care team of the bank used for the original transaction and raise a dispute using the word “Chargeback”. The email must include the transaction ID or reference number and the transaction date.

How to Apply
- Contact the customer care email address of the bank whose credit card, debit card or internet banking service was used for the original payment.
- Email a dispute request for the earlier payment, including the word “Chargeback”.
- Include the transaction ID or reference number and the transaction date in your email.
