What is the eligibility for this application ?

Below you can find the qualification required for various posts.

Assistant : Bachelor Degree from any recognised university.
Stenographer C: The candidate should have passed Class 12th exam from any recognised board and sould have English / Hindi Shorthand speed of 100 WPM (Words per minute). Also possess Computer Skill of Data Entry and Word Processing.
Stenographer D: The candidate should have passed Class 12th exam from any recognised board and should have Dictation speed of 10 mts @ 80 WPM. Transcription: 65 mts. (English) 75 mts. (Hindi) on Manual Typewriter Or 50 mts. (English). 65 mts. (Hindi) On Computer.
Data Entry Operator (DEO): The candidate should have passed Class 12th exam from any recognised board and also possess speed of 15000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
Lower Division Clerk: The candidate should have passed Class 12th exam from any recognised board and also possess typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer. Also should have knowledge of computer.
